Cancellation by Owner
Vacation rental listings with us can be canceled at any time. Within two weeks of the day of notification Just FloridaVacationRentals.com will remove the listing. No refund or pro-rated credit will be issued for any cancellation by owner. If we cancel your listing due to many complaints we will refund half of the amount you have paid for the year.

Transfer of Vacation Rental
Just Florida Vacation Rentals.com memberships are transferable upon the date of transfer of ownership of the property. If you wish to transfer your vacation rental, supply us with the new owner's name and address, as well as billing information. We will contact the new owner and continue service upon their approval. There is no transfer fee. If you wish to cancel your service due to a sale or transfer, the cancellation policy above will apply.

Listing Policies
For the protection of our vacation renters we reserve the right to delist any vacation rental at our discretion and cancel service without notification. Vacation Rental Owners are expected to follow our Acceptable Content Policy. Listings which do not adhere to these policies are subject to cancellation at the sole discretion of JustFloridaVacation.com staff.No refund will be issued for cancelled listings.

Acceptable Content Policy
Our policy was established in order to preserve a quality and orderly site for the advertisement of vacation rentals and in order to maintain a " family safe" environment. Note that these policies are subject to periodic review and may be updated from time to time.

There are specific locations for the inclusion of web addresses (also referred to as "Links” or URLs) and e-mail addresses in the JustFloridaVacationRentals.com listings. All web addresses or links must be approved and must reside only within the authorized "Additional URL Links" section of the ad. Email Addresses and Phone Numbers must reside only in the authorized locations within the listing. All content must be "family safe" and "G" rated. Vacation rental listings may not contain vulgarity, or comments related to violence, hate, or references of a sexual nature. A such references are not considered acceptable content and may be removed without notice. In the case of disputed content, the operators of this site will be the final judge as to the appropriateness of the content.
