Our Luxury Condo is located 2 blocks south from the heart of Clearwater Beach, and is within walking distance to all land and water activities, beach, pirate ship excursions, dinner cruises, dolphin watches ,miniature golf etc. Shops, and restaurants, from casual to elegant, are also within walking distance, although you have a great kitchen if you eat in.
We purchased the condo for over 1 million this year, and only want non smokers with no pets. We are looking for families that will take care of our home as if it were theirs.
You can bring a boat up to 45 feet, or fish off our dock.

THIS IS THE Most luxurious Suite in the building with lots of windows and 20 FOOT CEILINGS. Although these condos sell for 1.2 million but we are able rent it at a very good rate for 2007.
