Emerald Bays and Preserves is a breath taking oasis ideally located close to the best beaches, golf courses, marinas, entertainment, and restaurants and shopping. Emerald Bays and Preserves are filled with friendly and accommodating people.
This Attached Villa offers privacy equal to that of a single family home. Located on one floor it has a vaulted ceiling which adds to the feeling of space. It is bright, cheerful, and immaculately maintained. Part of an 8 unit building, this one-story end unit (with no condo above it). From the lanai, there is a lake view, as well as park-like grassy areas with palm trees and flowers.
The interior is furnished in neutral tones with new furniture, new tile flooring, new window treatments, and just recently painted. The photos do not do it justice.
Kitchen - Bright and spacious eat-in kitchen, breakfast bar, and sliders to a patio and BBQ grill.
